Michelle Gilliam
Principal

Michelle brings more than a decade of recruiting experience in the Consulting Services industry. Prior to co-founding dSquared Consulting, she served as Director of Recruiting for Alliance Consulting and Senior Recruiter for Cornell Technical Services. Michelle graduated Summa cum Laude from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

Kristi LaBrecque
Principal

Kristi brings more than a decade of recruiting experience in the Consulting Services industry. Prior to co-founding dSquared Consulting, she functioned as a Senior Resource Executive at Alliance Consulting and Recruiting Director at marchFIRST for the Phoenix and Minneapolis offices. Kristi is a graduate of Central Michigan University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education.
